Catering orders FAQs
The catering office operates 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays and annual shutdown between the Christmas and New Year period) and outside these hours upon request.
How to order

All orders placed will receive a confirmation email to confirm order details. If you have not received your confirmation email within a reasonable time, it may be wise to give us a call.
Orders can be placed by telephone or email till 5pm the business day prior.
We offer delivery at a small fee within the North Sydney and Sydney CBD. Higher charges apply to orders outside this area. We endeavour to deliver your order at the selected time; please allow a 1-2 hour delivery window as delays at peak times is sometimes unavoidable.
How would you like to pay?
Payments can be made by direct credit (EFT), credit card or company account. A company account can be set up easily when you place your first order.
Catering is delivered on disposable platters or in boxes; melamine platters are available upon request, and a collection fee is applied for return collection . We reserve the right to charge the client for breakages, loss or damage to equipment provided at replacement cost. We will always pick up our platters promptly to minimise the chance of them going astray.
For hot food and orders for 20 or more we would appreciate 48 business hours notice. If you cancel your order with less than 24 business hours notice we may have to charge you (we will do our best not to). For all other catering you may cancel up to 24 business hours before your order is due to be delivered (once again more notice the better)
Pricing & GST
While all attempts are made to maintain published prices, they may be subject to change without notice. Our website lists our current pricing which may fluctuate due to varying produce pricing. Pricing does not include GST unless otherwise specified. Surcharges & minimum charges apply on weekends & public holidays.
Photos appearing in our catalogues and website are indicative of the style and presentation of our products only. All menus are seasonal and are subject to availability of produce and we reserve the right to vary the menu at any time. If this occurs a substitution will be offered to equal or greater value. Dietary Request and Intolerances Our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish, gluten, soy and egg. Whilst all reasonable efforts are taken to accommodate guests dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be.
